Theoretically, as a commercial buyer, you have no right to return your goods. However, we would like to make your purchase from us as pleasant as possible. For this reason, you can make use of our return service within 14 days of purchase. Here you will find everything you need to know about it.

Is there a legal right of return for traders?
When ordering in the commercial sector, there is no statutory right of return. Theoretically, we as a retailer are not obliged to take back the goods you have ordered. However, your satisfaction is very important to us and we work every day to give you an unforgettable shopping experience. For this reason, you have the option of returning the items purchased from us in the event of a bad purchase.

I would like to use the return service. How does it work?
We offer you the option of returning the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the following criteria are met:

The return request must be submitted no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The goods must be packed securely for transport in the original shipping packaging or packed as originally packaged (protective films, protective materials, lashing straps, etc.).
The return service can be used for a maximum amount of 2500 EUR per order.
Special constructions, items procured individually at the customer’s request as well as spare and wear parts are excluded from the return service. Products in the online catalog are marked accordingly in the product description
This service is a pure return of products in their original condition. If the product you purchased has broken, this falls under a complaint. You will find all information here.
