We ship free of charge within Germany from a minimum order value of 25 €. This includes both parcel and shipping and is independent of the order value. The delivery free of charge applies to complete deliveries of standard catalog items (for islands and mountain stations, we deliver free of charge to the mainland / valley station, special economic zones are excluded).

Our delivery is always free curbside. Further transport is the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the size and weight, we send our products with a freight forwarder or a parcel service.

Please note the following special regulations:

There is no direct delivery to an island.
We deliver free of charge to the last mainland station.

There is also no direct delivery to a mountain station.
Here the goods are delivered to the valley station.
